Karen has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer and was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for ten years. She served as President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and as Chair of the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Practice Section’s Employer-Employee Relations Committee.

She has extensive experience writing and speaking on legal and business issues. She has spoken at ABA National Institutes; ABA annual meetings; the Association of Business Trial Lawyers; the Corporate Practice Conference of the ABA Section of Business Law; the Association of Corporate Counsel; the National Conference for Women Litigators; California Trial Lawyers Association; ALI-ABA; Women in Management; Women in Film; the New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting; the Association for Corporate Growth; the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and other groups.
